Welcome to the Zen Wraps LLC website (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site or any services provided by Zen Wraps LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Zen Wraps LLC offers mobile vinyl wrap installation, Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, tinting, body kit installation, and light bodywork services throughout Surprise, Buckeye, Phoenix, Mesa, and surrounding areas in Arizona. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and approval by Zen Wraps LLC.

2. Mobile Service Requirements

Because Zen Wraps LLC operates as a mobile service provider:

  • The customer must provide a safe, level, and accessible working area.

  • Covered or shaded areas are preferred for optimal installation results.

  • Zen Wraps LLC reserves the right to reschedule or decline service if the working area is unsafe, unsuitable, or affected by weather conditions.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All pricing is provided through custom quotes based on vehicle condition, service type, and project requirements.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive surface damage

  • Poor existing paint conditions

  • Additional prep work

  • Custom design requests

4. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to book services.

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

  • Payments can be made via accepted methods listed at the time of booking.

  • Failure to pay may result in refusal of future services or legal collection efforts.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of deposits.

  • Weather-related rescheduling may occur at Zen Wraps LLC’s discretion.

6. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their vehicle is clean upon arrival.

  • Notifying Zen Wraps LLC of any existing damage, aftermarket modifications, weak paint, or surface issues.

  • Removing personal items from the vehicle before service.

Zen Wraps LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing paint damage

  • Rust, corrosion, or peeling paint

  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance after service

7. Wrap, PPF & Coating Limitations

While we use high-quality materials and expert installation methods, customers acknowledge:

  • Vinyl wraps are not a replacement for paint.

  • PPF and ceramic coatings offer protection but do not make vehicles immune to scratches, chips, or damage.

  • Proper care is required to maintain longevity.

  • Certain colors, finishes, or films may require additional maintenance.

8. Warranty

Zen Wraps LLC offers workmanship guarantees based on service type. Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents, weather, misuse, improper cleaning, or neglect

  • Car washes using brushes or harsh chemicals

  • Road debris, rock chips, or natural wear and tear
    Details regarding specific warranty coverage can be provided upon request.

9. Website Use

By using this Site, you agree to:

  • Not misuse or disrupt the Site or its content

  • Not copy, republish, or distribute content without permission

  • Use the Site for lawful purposes only

Zen Wraps LLC reserves the right to update or modify Site content at any time.

All logos, branding, designs, text, images, and other content are the exclusive property of Zen Wraps LLC and may not be copied or used without written consent.

Zen Wraps LLC is not liable for:

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, customer acknowledges service risks and agrees to release Zen Wraps LLC from liability beyond the service cost.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts within Arizona.
